As an Associate Professor of Management, my goal is to bridge the gap between complex research and practical workplace application. With a focus on the work-family interface and inclusive leadership, I helps organizations cultivate environments where every individual can thrive.

My mission is to empower the next generation of leaders and partners by providing actionable insights grounded in organizational behavior and human resource management excellence.

Speaking Experience

Through leadership development workshops and organizational training programs, I have worked with companies, mainly through FGCU, to strengthen communication, improve collaboration, and build healthier, more effective teams. My approach combines research-backed strategies with practical, engaging experiences that help leaders and employees grow together and create more supportive workplace cultures.

My Research

I work with organizations, such as Comcast , Raytheon, and country clubs in SWFL, to improve workplace well-being through consulting, leadership development, and team-building initiatives designed to create healthier, more engaged, and more productive work environments. My approach focuses on helping companies strengthen communication, support employee well-being, and build workplace cultures where individuals and teams can thrive.

Student Mentorship

Mentorship and student development are central to my work in higher education. Through teaching, guidance, and leadership development, I am passionate about helping students build confidence, discover their strengths, and prepare for meaningful and successful professional careers.
